How can I book tickets before booking opens to the public?

Become a Friend of Proms at St Jude’s.

Is there access for wheelchair users?

A

Yes, there is wheelchair access to the church and toilet. Special spaces are reserved for wheelchair users. Please indicate when booking if you need one of these.

When are tickets despatched?

A

We endeavour to post tickets promptly. If you have not received tickets within two weeks of placing your order, please email us.

Can I return tickets if I can no longer use them?

A

Yes but returns will be subject to a £5 administration charge per booking.

Where can I find details about the venues of the events at the Literary Weekend?

Is it possible to book promenader tickets?

A

No. A limited number of promenader tickets are sold at the door for £3 each.

Is parking available?

A

We support the reduction of carbon emissions, so we would encourage you to use public transport wherever possible. Parking at St Jude’s is very limited and is strictly for the disabled.

I have a Blue Badge – can I park near the church?

A

Yes, subject to availability, but parking MUST be pre-booked. Please email us at help@promsatjudes.org.uk.

Is there food available to purchase near the church?

A

Yes, a licensed refreshment marquee offering sandwiches, snacks, wine, beer, tea, coffee and soft drinks is available from noon and from 7pm.

The concert I wish to attend is sold out. Will there be any chance of returns?

A

Terms & Conditions

BOOKING AND VENUE INFORMATION
• Tickets will only be refunded on receipt of the unwanted ticket. A £5 administration fee will be payable per refund
• Smoking is strictly forbidden in all areas of the church and marquees
• Only food and drink purchased in the festival marquee or the church itself can be consumed within the venue
• Cameras or any form of audio or visual recording equipment are not permitted in the church during the performances
• Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be switched off during performances
• The Committee reserves the right to refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises and to take any appropriate action that may be required to enforce such a request
• Latecomers will not be admitted until the interval or until a suitable break in the performance. Latecomers may be required to occupy alternative seats
• The Committee may alter or vary the programme without consultation or compensation. Any artist unable to perform will be replaced by an appropriate alternative performer
• If the performance is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the Committee, Proms at St Jude’s will not be liable for compensation whatsoever, other than a possible percentage or maximum refund of the value of the ticket to the ticket holder
