Information on the cancellation of the Old Time Sailors

Q.  Why are you cancelling this concert?

A. The Police investigation into members of the Old Time Sailors on modern-day slavery offences is such that the seriousness of the allegations has resulted in our decision to cancel.

Q.  I have bought tickets for the concert.  Will I get a full refund?

A. Yes. It is our policy to automatically refund our customers if we have to cancel an event.

 

Q. When will I get my refund?

A. We expect the money will be back on the card you used to pay for the tickets within the next few days. 

 

Q. Who is performing on Sunday instead?

A. We are delighted to confirm that we have managed to book The Thumping Tommys who were such a great success last year.

 

Q. How much will the tickets be?

A. All tickets will be £10 for adults or £5 for under-25s whether you book an A or B seat in the middle or an unreserved seat on the sides.

 

Q. If I want to go to the Thumping Tommys, will I have the same seats I had for Old Time Sailors?

A. No. You will need to book afresh and them you can pick the seat you want. 

 

Q. If I bought C seats last time can I book A or B seats for the Thumping Tommys?

A. Yes. All tickets are the same price wherever you would like to sit.

 

Q. As a Friend will I get priority booking?

A.  No. Normally Friends get priority booking. But in these exceptional circumstances and with the festival being only two weeks away, we are unable to offer priority booking.
