Q How can I book tickets before booking opens to the public?
A Become a Friend of Proms at St Jude’s.
Q I am trying to book tickets in the priority booking period at the same time as joining as a Friend, but the system won’t let me do both. What do I do?
A After selecting your Friends membership, please confirm and pay. Please then log in again: the system will recognise you as 2017 Friend and allow you to book tickets in the corresponding priority period.
Q Is there access for wheelchair users?
A Yes, there is wheelchair access to all venues. See Access for more information.
Q When are tickets despatched?
A We endeavour to post tickets promptly after the booking period has opened. If you have not received tickets within two weeks of placing your order or after the booking period has opened (whichever is later), please email us.
Q Can I return tickets if I can no longer use them?
A Yes but refunds on returns will be given only if we are able to resell unwanted tickets and will be subject to a £5 administration charge per booking. Please telephone the box office on 020 3322 8123 and leave a message if necessary.
Q Is it possible to book promenader tickets?
A No. A limited number of promenader tickets are sold at the door for £3 each.

Q Is parking available?
A Parking is available in the surrounding streets – please park considerately or use public transport. Parking in St Jude’s car park is very limited. It is strictly for people with disabilities and must be pre-booked.
Q I have a Blue Badge – can I use the church car park?
A Yes, subject to availability, but parking MUST be pre-booked. Please email us at email@example.com.
Q Is there food available to purchase?
A Yes. See Bar and Food for more information.
Q The concert I wish to attend is sold out. Will there be any chance of returns?
A Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 020 3322 8123 from 1 June to check on availability.
