Daria is a freelance bassoonist and music educator. She began lessons on the mini-bassoon at the age of 7. Daria studied at Guildhall School where she won the Bassoon Prize in 2022, Contrabassoon Prize in 2024 and completed her Masters with Distinction having studied with Helen Storey, Richard Ion and Dominic Morgan on the Orchestral Artistry course. 
Daria performs regularly as a chamber and orchestral musician and has been invited to play with Chineke! Orchestra numerous times including their 2023 and 2024 BBC Prom performances. 

Daria is the 2024/25 Trainee Music Leader for the Academy of St Martin-in-the Fields on the Spitalfields fellowship, where she enjoys encouraging young musicians to explore their potential..

Ruby is Principal Harp of Chineke!, and has performed at the BBC Proms, with VOCES8, and the Carducci Quartet. She has also recorded on film tracks such as Wakanda Forever and Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story.
