How to Book Tickets
Online
Under menu option: Tickets & What’s On. Click on the Book Tickets button of the event of your choice. To book your tickets select ALL seats you require for a performance, add to basket and proceed to payment. If there is no seating plan option (for unreserved seating or Heritage Walks), you will just need to enter the number of tickets required and proceed through to payment.
Priority booking dates:
GOLD Friends - online booking opens 8am, Monday, 24 March
SILVER Friends - online booking opens 8am, Monday, 31 March
BRONZE Friends - online booking opens 8am, Monday, 7 April
Public bookings open on Monday, 14 April 2025
By Phone
Box Office - 020 33228123. The Box Office telephone will open for public sales from 15th April 2024.
In Person
The Box Office will be open on site from 17.30 until 19.00 every day throughout the festival for late bookings and returns. Please bear in mind that the evenings will get very busy. Please book your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
Ticket Delivery
Print at Home (preferred)
When booking online you will receive an e-ticket via email which you can print and bring along to the event or, show your e-ticket on your smart phone.
Care of Box Office
Whilst Print at Home is our preferred delivery mechanism, you can also book your tickets for collection at the Box Office and collect them at the Box Office during the festival. A small administrative fee of £3 will be added to your booking costs for Care of Box Office tickets.
