Proms favourite, Alison Barraclough (President, Geology Association), returns with an exploration of parts of the western Heath. Looking at both art and geology we will see how geology influenced the landscapes painted by Constable and is still visible today, including the recently reinstated Branch Hill pond. This walk will include paths in the Heath so sturdy footwear is recommended.
