A popular and well-established element of our programme is our Teeny Proms. These are designed for toddlers and pre-school children to participate in musician-led singing and music-making with a parent or grandparent. Local nursery schools are also included by invitation. We hope to see you there, but in the meantime the Teeny Prom recorded for Proms at Home in 2020 is available on our YouTube channel for entertainment on a rainy day!

In 2021, the Magnard Ensemble delivered an outstanding Roald Dahl themed concert. A taste of their work (which was made for 2020’s Proms at Home series) can be viewed below.

This year’s Family Concert is from Albert’s Band, the Royal Albert Hall’s resident ensemble.  More information here:  https://www.promsatstjudes.org.uk/2022-family-concerts

We also run a Schools’ Prom.  This year, pupils from local schools will perform 'The Sea' - a series of songs specially commissioned by the DaCapo Music Foundation from Tracey Mathias and the late John Ashton Thomas.  Participating schools include: All Saints; Alma; Brookland; Martin Primary; St John's, N20; Wessex Gardens; and Wren Academy junior schools; Archer Academy; The Henrietta Barnett; and Whitefield secondary schools. Because the children take up most of the space, this concert is by invitation only!
